Terms of service

Cospear Direct, a product of Cospear, provides software for creating and sending personalized direct-mail campaigns: property-based estimates, AI design previews, printed mailpieces, and per-recipient quote pages.

Footage and price figures the platform produces are estimate ranges derived from public records and the rates you configure. They are not binding quotes. You are responsible for the final prices you offer your customers.

You confirm you have the right to use the logos, offers, and pricing you load into the platform, and that your campaigns comply with the laws that apply to your business, including postal and consumer-protection rules. Honor opt-out requests; the platform maintains a suppression list for you.

Plans bill as described on the pricing page: a subscription plus a per-card price when you send. Annual plans prepay 10 months for 12 months of service.

Printed design previews are original renders generated from public building data. Street-level photography on quote pages is served live from its provider with attribution and is never printed.
