Responses land in your CRM
Each card carries a QR to a private quote page for that address. Scans, visits, and form fills attach to the exact mailpiece that earned them.
02 / Why it beats generic mail
Generic mail sells your brand. This sells their house.
A coupon card gets a glance on the way to the recycling bin. A card that shows someone's own home — with a price on it — gets kept, scanned, and shown around. And because every card carries its own QR code, you know exactly which addresses responded and what a job cost you to win.
A generic 500-card blast is cheaper per card. But it can't show a price, can't open a page about their house, and can't tell you which neighborhood paid for itself.
Cost per job won
IllustrativeOne month on Pro, one neighborhood. Swap in your own numbers.
Illustrative math, not a promise — scan and close rates are assumptions; plug in your own. The per-card price is the Pro rate and includes print, postage, the AI design preview, and that home's personal quote page.
03 / What you get
The whole system, not just the postcard
AI design previews
An original render of each home with your work applied — built from public building data, never Google imagery. Labeled a design preview on every card.
Instant estimates
Deterministic math from parcel and footprint records plus your rates. Always a range, always “final quote on-site.” No AI arithmetic anywhere near a price.
QR personal quote pages
Every card links to a private page for that address: a live photo of the house, the design preview, the numbers, and a one-tap way to reach you.
Attribution CRM
Scan → visit → form → job won, chained to the exact card that earned it. You finally learn what a mailed neighborhood actually returns.
Your prices, your brand
Cards carry your logo, colors, warranty wording, and rates. Homeowners see your company — we stay invisible.

The questions everyone asks
01Is it legal to put a picture of someone's house on a postcard?
We never print Google Street View or any Google Maps imagery — Google's terms prohibit it, so our print pipeline blocks it outright. The image on the card is an original AI render built from public building data: parcel geometry, building footprints, and assessment records. It's labeled a design preview on every card. A live photo of the house appears only on the recipient's private quote page, served directly from Google with attribution, the way their terms allow.
02Isn't mailing someone a quote for their house a little creepy?
The address and building data we use is the same public record every county publishes and every mail-list broker already sells. The difference is what we do with it: instead of a coupon, the homeowner gets something useful — what the work would look like on their home and roughly what it costs. Every estimate is printed as a range with "final quote confirmed on-site." And anyone who asks to be left alone goes on a suppression list.
03Where do the estimates come from?
Deterministic math, not guesses from an AI. Parcel and building-footprint records give us each home's street-facing and total roofline footage; your rates turn that into a price range. The same math runs on every house, it's unit-tested, and cards always say the final quote is confirmed on-site.
04What does a campaign actually cost?
A subscription plus a per-card rate — $2.25 on Starter down to $1.55 on Scale. Published card rates include print, postage, the AI design preview, and the personal quote page. See the pricing page for the full breakdown and an honest cost-per-job-won example.
05Do I have to change how I run my business?
No. You bring your logo, your rates, and your warranty language — cards go out under your brand, and calls go to your phone. Responses land in a built-in pipeline view you can run alongside whatever CRM you use today.
06How much work is it to send my first campaign?
Pick an industry template, set your brand and rates, and import or target a list — the platform generates preview cards for your approval. Nothing prints until you sign off on the cards.
